摘要
超高层建筑的垂直立体交叉作业多、高空作业多,高处坠落、物体打击隐患大,安全管理难度大,根据超高层施工暴露出的垂直立体交叉作业安全管理问题,结合绿地中心468项目实际情况,通过采用回转塔式起重机、低位顶模、自适应角度液压爬架、工具式防护棚等施工技术,并采用安全联合办公室等管理模式,在不等高攀升流水施工情况下,合理组织各单位分空间、分区域施工,确保施工进度、保证施工安全。
To construct super tall buildings,many crossing tasks in the vertical direction must be conducted in the high-altitude working areas.It is quite difficult to manage the safety from the potential accidents such as the fallings from the air and the object hitting.To manage the safety problems triggered by the crossing tasks during the construction of super tall buildings,based on the project of Greenland Center 468,this study proposed the management modes such as the joint offices for the safety and different advanced techniques including the rotary tower crane,the modularization low-position jacking formwork,the adaptive angle hydraulic climbing frames,and the tool protective shed.During the flowing constructions under the unequal height climbing,the proper organization of each unit to work in a sequential space and working area can ensure the construction efficiency and safety.
