中医药防治化疗药物心脏毒性研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Cardiotoxicity Induced by Chemotherapy Drugs

从整体观念出发,根据患者的临床症状辨证论治,在化疗过程中运用炙甘草汤、三黄抗氧化方、益气养心汤等中药汤剂以及心脉隆注射液、丹参注射液、参芪扶正注射液等中药注射液,能够有效改善化疗带来的心功能降低、左心射血分数下降、心电图异常及生物学指标异常。目前,对于中药防治化疗药物心脏毒性作用机制的理论研究日趋完善,涉及抗心肌细胞凋亡、改善钙离子水平、调节线粒体途径的细胞凋亡等,为临床应用提供了理论基础。今后需进一步加强各复方中药成分的作用机制研究,同时开展大样本、多中心临床随机对照研究,以提高临床证据等级。

Starting from the concept of viewing the situation as a whole,according to the patient's clinical symptoms,the use of Chinese herbal decoctions such as Zhigancao Decoction,Sanhuang Antioxidant prescription,Yiqi Yangxin Decoction,and traditional Chinese medicine injections like Xinmailong Injection,Danshen Injection,and Shenqi Fuzheng Injections,etc.can effectively improve the reduction of cardiac function,lower LVEF,abnormal electrocardiogram and abnormal biological indicators caused by chemotherapy.Nowadays,theoretical research on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapeutic cardiotoxicity is steadily perfecting,which involves anti-cardiomyocyte apoptosis,calcium ion levels improvement,and mitochondrial cell apoptosis regulation,which provide a theoretical basis for clinical applications.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the mechanism study of the components of the compound Chinese medicine,and at the same time,carry out large-sample,multi-center clinical randomized controlled studies to improve the level of clinical evidence.
