Research on the Four Medical Books of Xu Shuwei

许叔微是张仲景之后最为重要的伤寒大家之一,其《伤寒百证歌》为歌诀体伤寒百证提要,《伤寒发微论》为札记体伤寒学证治心得,《伤寒九十论》为医案体古方用验集录,《类证普济本事方》为按证类分的医话体小品集。它们共同构筑了许叔微以伤寒学为主的学术体系,其中《类证普济本事方》已具备医话的应有要素,是堪比张杲《医说》更早的医话著作。

Xu Shuwei,as one of the most important typhoid fever experts after Zhang Zhongjing,has written four medical books:Bai Zheng Ge is a chant style synopsis of the hundred essential syndromes of typhoid fever,Shang Han Fa Wei Lun is the experience notes of the typhoid fever treatment,while Shang Han Jiu Shi Lun is the collection of the ancient prescriptions from medical records,and Lei Zheng Pu Ji Ben Shi Fang is a syndrome type-based essay anthology of professional medical essays.They jointly built Xu Shuwei′s typhoid fever academic system.Among them,Lei Zheng Pu Ji Ben Shi Fang already has the essential elements of the medical professional essay,which can be seen as an earlier professional medical literary work than that of Zhang Gao′s Yi Shuo.
