张仲景“可”与“不可”篇章节命名考

Textual Naming of Chapters "Allowed" and "Not Allowed" of Zhang Zhongjing

本文对张仲景“可”与“不可”篇5个古传本的章节命名进行文献研究,探究其命名变化的形式、原因及诸版本之间的关系。章节命名大致经历了从“病某某证”到“辨某某病形证治”再到“辨某某病脉证并治”这3个主要阶段。从“病某某”到“辨某某”的转变,可能受到南北朝时期《伤寒杂病论》离析出《辨伤寒》的影响。“形证”属同义复用词语,与“证”意义相同,并进一步发展为“脉证”。孙思邈将唐本《伤寒论》章节命名调整为“忌宜”的形式。《金匮玉函经》的章节命名与淳化本《伤寒论》为同一系统,宋本《伤寒论》由此继承而来。

This paper conducts a literature study on the naming of chapters in five ancient biographies of Zhang Zhongjing′s"Allowed"and"Not Allowed"chapters,and explores the forms and causes of the naming changes,and the relationship between different versions.According to the analysis,the naming of chapters has roughly gone through three main stages:from"disease so and so syndrome"to"syndrome differentiation and treatment of so and so syndrome"and then to"syndrome differentiation and treatment of so and so pulse".The change from"disease so and so"to"differentiation so and so"may be influenced by the separation of Bian Shang Han from Shang Han Za Bing Lun in the Northern and Southern dynasties."Form syndrome"belongs to synonymous words,which has the same meaning as"syndrome",which further develops into"pulse syndrome".Sun Simiao changed the naming form into"Yi and Ji"in the chapter of Shang Han Lun in the Tang dynasty edition.The chapter naming of Jin Gui Yu Han Jing is the same system as the Shang Han Lun Chunhua edition,which is inherited by the Song dynasty edition.
