火电厂循环冷却水加酸与缓蚀阻垢剂耦合处理试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 沿海某火电厂采用敞开式二次循环冷却方式,通过在循环冷却水中投加缓蚀阻垢剂与控制碱度的方法提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍率并降低结垢风险。为确保循环冷却水系统安全、经济、环保地运行,开展循环冷却水缓蚀阻垢剂性能评估。通过动态模拟试验,研究现有缓蚀阻垢剂对循环水极限浓缩倍率的影响,并通过控制碱度的方法增大循环水的极限浓缩倍率,评估缓蚀阻垢剂在不同浓度和不同碱度条件下的缓蚀阻垢性能。最后,根据评估结果提出优化的系统运行方案。 A coastal thermal power plant adopts an open secondary circulation cooling method,which improves the concentration ratio of circulation cooling water while lessens the scaling risk by adding corrosion and scale inhibitor in circulating cooling water and controlling the alkalinity.To ensure the operation of the circulating cooling water system in a safe,economic and environmentally friendly manner,the performance of the corrosion and scale inhibitor was evaluated.Through the dynamic simulation test,the influence of the existing corrosion and scale inhibitors on the maximum concentration ratio of circulating water was studied,and the maximum concentration ratio of circulating water was increased by controlling the alkalinity,and the performance of corrosion and scale inhibitors at different concentrations and alkalinity conditions was evaluated.Finally,an optimal system operation plan was proposed.
