地下综合管廊转角井结构设计要点

摘要 随着经济和社会的发展,越来越多的城市开始大力发展地下综合管廊,地下综合管廊在解决市政道路及管线布局中发挥着重要作用,通过在管廊内预留管线,可以有效避免后期道路的二次开挖;通过管廊内设置人行通道或巡检机器人,后期管线的运维也更加高效。在新城建设中,综合考虑未来片区功能规划,地下综合管廊建设先行布局,可以高效满足未来新城片区的功能需求。以具体案例中转角井结构为研究对象,对比两种不同结构布置方案,应用Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2020进行有限元分析,总结出综合管廊特殊节点构件合理布置思路,希望对管廊结构设计人员有所帮助。 With the development of economy and society,more and more cities have begun to vigorously develop underground utility tunnel,which plays an important role in solving the layout of municipal roads and pipelines.By reserving pipelines in pipe corridors,secondary excavation of roads in the later period can be effectively avoided.By setting pedestrian passages or patrol robots in the pipe gallery,the operation and maintenance of pipelines in the later period is also more efficient.In the construction of the new city,the functional planning of the future area should be considered comprehensively,and the underground utility tunnel should be laid out first,which can efficiently meet the functional requirements of the future new city area.In this paper,the corner well structure in a specific case is taken as the research object,two different structural layout schemes are compared,and the finite element analysis is carried out by Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2020,and the reasonable layout ideas of special joint members in utility tunnel are summarized,hoping to be helpful to the pipe gallery structural designers.
