Detection and reinforcement analysis ofunderground industrial belt gallery roof in an Aluminum plant

基于实际工程案例,介绍了地下工业皮带廊顶板检测工作的流程及方法,包含该地下工业结构施工质量的检测及现状缺陷的调查等,同时对地下皮带廊附近土体进行勘察,为皮带廊后期计算提供相应依据。针对该地下工业皮带廊存在现状缺陷及承载力不足等问题,提出了切实可行的加固措施,可为类似工程提供参考。

Based on the actual engineering case,this paper introduces the detection process and method of underground industrial belt gallery,including the review of the construction quality of the structure and the investigation of the current defects.At the same time,the soil around the underground belt gallery is investigated to provide the corresponding basis for the later calculation of the belt gallery.There are some defects in the structure underground industrial belt gallery,such as the defects of current situation and insufficient bearing capacity.The feasible reinforcement measures are put forward,which can provide reference for similar projects.
