With the development of our country’s high-speed railway technology and the achievements of high-speed railway construction,more and more countries along the“Belt and Road”are actively cooperating with our country to strengthen infrastructure construction.In particular,the construction of high-speed railways has seen an unprecedented climax.From the political,economic,social,environmental and other aspects,this article explains the difficulties encountered by Chinese enterprises in overseas EPC high-speed railway projects and how to solve the existing problems.
