摘要
近年来,建筑行业高速发展的弊端逐渐显现,绿色施工得到广泛应用,绿色施工管理评价体系是绿色施工水平的重要衡量工具。通过模糊综合评价法、因子分析法、主成分分析法对绿色施工管理进行模糊性综合评价。将评价模型应用于东北地区某高校公寓楼项目,证明了绿色施工管理评价模型的可行性。
In recent years,the shortcomings of the rapid development of the construction industry have gradually emerged,and green construction has been widely used.The green construction management evaluation system is an important measurement tool for green construction level.This paper adopts the research methods of principal component analysis,factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to carry out fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the green construction management level.The application of the evaluation model to the university apartment building project in Northeast China proved the feasibility of the green construction management evaluation model.
