立德树人是新时代我国高等教育发展的鲜明特征和主题。新时代高校要立足党和国家、高等教育、学生成长等多个维度,把立德树人的成效作为检验学校一切工作的根本标准;要深入学习习近平总书记关于立德树人的重要论述,遵循坚持办学正确政治方向、坚持育人和育才相统一的人才培养辩证法、坚持把立德树人贯穿学校建设和管理各领域各方面各环节等核心要求;要通过统筹加强党的政治建设、健全立德树人落实机制、推进思政课改革创新、全面深化课程思政建设、加强“体美劳”教育、提升教师队伍素质等关键举措,不断提升立德树人成效。

Since the New Era,moral education has been the distinctive feature and the theme of development of higher education in China.In the New Era,the universities should base themselves on the overall situation of the development of the cause of the Party and the country,and take the effectiveness of carrying out moral education as the basic standard to examine all the work of the universities.It is necessary for the universities to study deeply General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on moral education,to grasp the core requirements of adhering to the correct political direction of universities,adhering to the dialectics of talent cultivation which integrates educating people with talent cultivation,and adhering to making moral education throughout all aspects of the construction and management of universities.At the same time,to continuously promote the effectiveness of moral education,the universities should take such key measures as strengthening the political construction of the Party,improving the implementation mechanism of moral education,promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,deepening the ideological and political construction of courses in an all-round way,strengthening the education of“physical education,aesthetics and labor”,and improving the quality of teachers.
