摘要
探究了冻害胁迫对蒲公英组织中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,相比正常条件下的蒲公英植株,冻害条件下的植株组织中SOD活性相对较高。根据数据分析得出结论,冻害条件下的植株抗性增强。
Effects of freezing stress on superoxide dismutase(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)activity in dandelion were investigated.The results showed that compared with dandelion plants under normal conditions,the SOD activity in plant tissues under freezing injury was relatively high.According to the data analysis,it was concluded that the resistance of plants under freezing injury was enhanced.
