武夷岩茶茶多酚含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 依据国标GB/T 8313—2018中对茶叶中茶多酚的研究方法对收集整理的样品进行检测。结果表明,肉桂中茶多酚含量高于水仙,其中肉桂的茶多酚含量11%~13%,水仙的茶多酚含量10%~12%。茶多酚含量除了与茶品种有关外,还与茶叶山场、存放时间有关,山场越好茶多酚含量越高;存放时间越长,茶多酚含量越低。 The collected samples were tested according to the national standard GB/T 8313—2018 for tea polyphenols in tea.The results showed that the content of tea polyphenols in cinnamon species was higher than that in Narcissus,among which the content of tea polyphenols in cinnamon species was 11%~13%,and that in Narcissus species was 10%~12%.The content of tea polyphenols was not only related to the tea varieties,but also related to the tea sites and storage time.The better the tea sites,the higher the content of tea polyphenols.The longer the storage time,the lower the content of polyphenols.
