摘要 “食品添加剂”是食品专业重要的专业课程之一。该课程的学习对于学生的就业及食品行业的发展具有重要意义。随着越来越多专业通过工程教育专业认证,OBE理念正在被更多的教育工作者所接受和运用。基于OBE理念,对“食品添加剂”课程进行教学改革,为提高教学效果、促进学生培养提供参考。 Food Additives is known as one of the important courses for the students in the specialties of food.The study of this course is of great significance to the employment of students and the development of the food industry.OBE concept is being accepted by more educators as more and more specialties according to the requirements of engineering education professional certification.In this paper,the teaching reform of Food Additives has been discussed based on the OBE concept,and this provided references to improve the effect of teaching,support the achievement of student training.
