摘要 自2020年1月以来,受到新型冠状病毒导致的肺炎疫情的影响,全国各地延迟开学,渤海大学食品科学与工程学院落实学校本科教学管理工作安排,全体教职工积极行动,灵活采取线上或线上线下混合等多种教学模式,从开课前的筹备、课堂教学的开展、师生的跟踪管理等环节入手,精心组织设计,有效保证了疫情防控期间的教学进度和教学质量,达到了“停课不停教,停课不停学”的目标。 Since January 2020,due to the impact of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the COVID-19,the opening of schools across the country has been delayed.The College of Food Science and Engineering of Bohai University has implemented the school's undergraduate teaching and management work arrangements.All faculty and staff have taken active actions and flexibly adopted online or offline.A variety of teaching modes such as online and offline mixing,starting from the pre-class preparation,the development of classroom teaching,and the follow-up management of teachers and students,carefully organized and designed,effectively ensuring the teaching progress and teaching quality during the epidemic prevention and control period,and achieved the goal of“stopping classes without stopping teaching and not stopping classes”.
