Reform and Practice of Talent Training Mode of Food Science and Engineering Specialty Based on Service Food Industry Characteristics

基于“高校服务产业转型升级和创新创业行动计划”,泉州师范学院食品科学与工程专业紧密对接泉州区域食品产业转型发展的需求,找准自身专业定位,通过深化“产教融合、协同育人”和构建“基础同享、核心分立、拓展互选”课程体系,实施应用型专业人才培养模式改革。泉州师范学院食品科学与工程专业建设取得丰硕的成果,为学校向应用型转型及建设区域一流应用型本科大学提供强有力的支撑,以期为新建地方本科院校食品科学与工程专业的建设与发展提供参考。

Based on the“university service industry transformation and upgrading and innovation and entrepreneurship action plan”,food science and engineering specialty of Quanzhou Normal University closely meets the needs of Quanzhou regional food industry transformation and development,finds its own professional positioning,and implements application-oriented talents by deepening the“industry education integration,collaborative education”and constructing the curriculum system of“sharing the foundation,separating the core,expanding mutual selection”,carrying out the reform of training mode of applied talents.Under the promotion of this mode reform,the construction of food science and engineering specialty in our university has achieved fruitful results,which provided a strong support for the transformation of our university into an application-oriented university and the construction of a regional first-class application-oriented university,with a view to providing a reference for the construction and development of food science and engineering specialty in newly established local universities.
