摘要
在固定床反应器中,采用GC、GC/MS、FTIR、SEM和TG等手段考察了褐煤低温热解产物的生成特性及其反应机理。结果表明:低温热解气在600℃时生成速率最大,达100 mL/min,主要为CO、CO_(2)、H_(2)、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(4)和C_(2)H_6等气体。焦油在600℃时产率最大,主要由烷烃、芳烃、酚类及少量烯烃、环烷烃、含氧和含氮化合物组成。热解后褐煤H/C和O/C减小,表面结构从致密变成疏松的泡沫状。
In a fixed bed reactor,the evolution characteristics of pyrolysates and kinetic mechanism of low temperature pyrolysis of lignite were investigated by means of GC,GC/MS,FTIR,SEM and TG.The results indicated that the evolution rate of pyrolysis gas reached the highest of 100 mL/min at 600℃,which wasmainly composed of CO,CO_(2),H_(2),CH_(4),C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H6.The yield of tarreached its maximum at 600℃,which was mainly composed of alkanes,aromatics,phenols and a small amount of alkenes,cycloalkanes,oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing compounds.After pyrolysis,the values of H/C and O/C of lignite decreased,and the surface structure of lignite changed from flake to loose and honeycomb.
