祛痘类化妆品中14种防腐剂使用情况调查

Investigation on Fourteen Kinds of Preservatives Used in Anti-Acne Cosmetics

为了解祛痘类化妆品中防腐剂的使用情况,对110批市售祛痘类化妆品中14种常用防腐剂进行测定并分析。结果检出12种防腐剂,其中4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯、4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯、苯氧乙醇使用率位居前三,76.3%的样品采用复配防腐剂体系,有12批样品水杨酸、邻伞花烃-5-醇和己脒定超限值,5批含有三氯生。提示市售祛痘类化妆品可能存在协同利用防腐剂抑菌防腐功能的倾向,超限量、超范围使用防腐剂,建议加强祛痘类化妆品中防腐剂的监管。

In order to investigate the use of preservatives in anti-acne cosmetics,14 frequently used preservatives in 110 batches of anti-acne cosmetics bought from the market were determined and analyzed.As a result,12 kinds of preservatives were detected,among which the usage frequency of methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate and 2-phenoxyethanol ranked the top three,the compound preservative system was used in 76.3%of samples,salicylic acid,o-cymene-5-ol and hexamidine were used beyond the limits in 12 batches of samples,and triclosan was found in 5 batches of samoles.The results indicated that commercial anti-acne cosmetics may have a tendency to synergistically utilize the antibacterial and antiseptic function of preservatives,and use preservatives in excess of the limit and range.It was recommended to strengthen the supervision of preservatives in anti-acne cosmetics.
