摘要
挥发性有机物进入土壤后造成污染,影响土壤环境质量。通常对土壤中挥发性有机物分析的标准主要是顶空和吹扫捕集与气相色谱质谱联用为常用的测定方法。本文使用便携式气相色谱质谱联用仪研究土壤11种挥发性有机物检测方法,获得11种挥发性有机物检出限在2.2~4.3μg/kg,实际样品平行样相对偏差为0~8.5%,样品加标回收率范围在60.8%~126.5%之间。研究结果表明:本方法测定土壤挥发性有机物的有效可行,能够为应急监测提供有效支撑。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)enter into the soil to cause pollution and affect the soil environmental quality.Usually,headspace and purge and trap combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are the main standards for the analysis of volatile organic compounds in soil.The detection limits of 11 kinds of volatile organic compounds in soil were 2.2~4.3μg/kg,the relative deviations of parallel samples were 0~8.5%,and the recoveries were 60.8%~126.5%.The results showed that the method was effective and feasible,and can provide effective support for emergency monitoring.
