摘要
芳烃联合装置PX吸附塔的进料超声波流量计为三声道超声波流量计,作为进料的主控仪表,其稳定性将对吸附塔的产能和收率指标以及安全性产生较大影响,自该表投用一年以来,长期处于不稳定状态,但仪表本身并没有故障,需要找到真正影响流量测量稳定的原因,运用声道监控技术进行分析,最终找到影响流态分布的关键因素,并据此改进了管道设备的分布,使得超声波流量计运行稳定。
Atriple-channelultrasonic flowmeter is used as main controller of feed stream for PX absorber,the stability of which will have a great impact on the productivity,yield index and safety of the absorber,this flowmeter has been in an unstable state for a long time since it is put into use foroneyearand the instrument itself is not faulty,the true reason need to be found.With sonicmonitoringtechnology,thekey factors were found,on this basis,the piping layoutwas improved to ensure the ultrasonic flowmeter work in a proper state.
