摘要
介绍一种化工装置中产生的丙烯腈(AN)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)尾气的处理方法。尾气先后经过一级冷凝和二级冷凝分别除去大部分的DMSO和AN,最后经尾气吸收塔洗涤,在给定参数下,满足了相关环保要求。针对尾气洗涤塔脱盐水用量、脱盐水温度以及理论塔板数这三项参数降低AN含量开展研究,通过参数分析,在其他参数不变的情况下,降低脱盐水温度还能够进一步快速降低AN含量。
A treatment method for the tail gas of acrylonitrile(AN)and DMSO produced in chemical plantwas introduced.The exhaust gas was successively removed by primary condensation and secondary condensation,and then washed by tail gas absorption tower.Under given parameters,the relevant environmental protection requirements were met.The research was carried out to reduce the content of AN by three parameters,namely,the amount of desalted water,the desalted water temperature and the theoretical plate number of the tail gas scrubber.Through the parameter analysis,the reduction of desalted water temperature can further reduce the content of ANunder the condition of other parameters unchanged.
