化工产业的快速发展正在给人类生活带来巨大的变化,并已成为国民经济的重要支柱,但化工过程具有诸多不确定因素,重大安全事故时有发生。为此,分析化工企业重大安全事故的原因、特点和规律,就可提出有效的事故防范措施、避免事故的发生、减少人员伤亡与经济损失,具有重大的社会意义。为此,本文通过对广钢气体有限公司的重大事故报告流程图来分析事故发生的原因,为避免类似事故再次发生提出建议,对企业与个人在预防重大事故上有所帮助。

The rapid development of chemicalindustry is bringing great benefits to human life and has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy.However,there are many uncertain factors in the production process of chemical industry,and major safety accidents happen occasionally.Therefore,it is of great social significance to analyze the causes,characteristics and laws of major safety accidents in chemical industry,so as to put forward effective accident prevention measures,avoid the occurrence of accidents,and thus reduce casualties and economic losses.Hence,based on the flow chart of the major accident report of Guanggang Gases Co.,Ltd.,the cause of accidentwas analyzed,andsome suggestions to avoid the recurrence of similar accidentswere put forward.It was hoped that the obtained results were conducive to enterprises and individuals to prevent major accidents.
