摘要
通过对某颜料生产企业现场调查及工作场所职业病危害因素检测,分析该企业职业病危害分布及防治情况,并结合3年来检测与评价结果对其进行职业病危害现状评价,以提出相应的控制措施。经调查及分析,2017年碾磨车间投料工接触的噪声强度超标,2018年、2019年碾磨车间投料工接触其他粉尘浓度及噪声强度不符合要求,应加强碾磨工序、反应工序、密闭场所作业等岗位职业病危害控制,为化工企业安全生产和职业健康提供有力保障。
The distribution and prevention of occupational disease hazards of an enterprise producing pigments were analyzed through on-site investigation and on-site detection of occupational hazard factors.Status was evaluated and corresponding control measures were proposed based on the results of testing and evaluation in the past three years.After investigation and analysis,in 2017,the noise intensity in the milling workshop exceeded the standard.In 2018 and 2019,the exposure of the feeders in the milling workshop to other dust and the noise intensity did not meet the requirements.It was necessary to strengthen the control of occupational hazards in the grinding process,the reaction process,and the operation in closed places to provide a strong guarantee for the safe production and occupational health of chemical enterprises.
