摘要
从力学的角度看,偏瘫患者异常的活动姿势与肌肉异常的肌力输出有关,对患者步态动力学参数的解析和研究有助于我们了解疾病的发生机制。本文主要介绍了偏瘫患者地反力(GRF)、关节力矩参数特征和应用以及偏瘫异常肌力对步态的影响,其中重点介绍了肌力所用的测量方法以及偏瘫下肢各环节主要肌群肌力的异常对步态特征的影响。通过对这些动力学参数的阐述说明来了解偏瘫患者下肢步态内、外力学异常的特征表现,以期为患者的康复治疗提供有价值的信息参考。
From the mechanical point of view,abnormal movement posture of hemiplegia patients is related to muscle output of abnormal muscle.The analysis and research of gait dynamics parameters of patients will help us understand the pathogenesis of the disease.This paper mainly introduces the characteristics and application of GRF,joint torque parameters and the influence of abnormal muscle force on gait of hemiplegia patients.The measurement method of muscle force and the influence of muscle force abnormality on gait characteristics of main muscle groups in each link of hemiplegia lower limb are introduced.Through the explanation of these dynamic parameters,the characteristics of the internal and external mechanical abnormalities of the lower limbs gait of hemiplegia patients are understood,so as to provide valuable information reference for the rehabilitation treatment of patients.
