冠心病患者血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平及其临床意义 被引量:5

Serum levels and clinical significance of LTBP-2,CYR61 and Fractalkine in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血清潜在转化生长因子结合蛋白2(LTBP-2)、富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(CYR61)、不规则趋化因子Fractalkine水平及其临床意义。方法纳入65例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和65例健康志愿者(对照组)。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测所有研究对象的血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平。比较两组研究对象,以及不同类型、不同病情程度、不同心功能分级的冠心病患者血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平的差异,并分析冠心病患者上述3种指标与心功能分级的相关性。结果冠心病组血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。稳定型心绞痛患者、不稳定型心绞痛和急性心肌梗死患者,轻度、中度、重度冠心病患者,以及心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平均依次升高(均P<0.05)。冠心病患者血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平均与心功能分级呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血清LTBP-2、CYR61、Fractalkine水平均升高,与患者病情严重程度关系密切,并在冠心病患者心功能评估中具有重要作用。 Objective To explore the serum levels and clinical significance of latent transforming growth factor binding protein 2(LTBP-2),cysteine-rich protein 61(CYR61),and Fractalkine in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Sixty-five CHD patients and 65 healthy volunteers were enrolled as CHD group and control group,respectively.Serum levels of LTBP-2,CYR61 and Fractalkine were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in all subjects.Serum LTBP-2,CYR61 and Fractalkine levels were compared between the two groups,among patients with different types of CHD,patients with different CHD severities,or CHD patients with different cardiac function grades.In addition,the correlation of the three indicators described above with cardiac function grade was analysed in CHD patients.Results Serum levels of LTBP-2,CYR61 and Fractalkine in the CHD group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Serum LTBP-2,CYR61 and Fractalkine levels increased in patients with stable angina,unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction,rose in the mild,moderate and severe CHD patients,and raised in patients with gradeⅡ,gradeⅢand gradeⅣcardiac function successively(all P<0.05).Serum LTBP-2,CYR61 or Fractalkine level positively correlated with cardiac function grade in CHD patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum LTBP-2,CYR61 and Fractalkine levels are elevated in CHD patients,and are closely related to the severity of the disease,playing an important role in the evaluation of cardiac function in CHD patients.
