摘要
在深莞惠大都市圈协同发展背景下,对深圳核心区新一轮高速公路规划进行探索和反思。首先,对深圳核心区城市交通发展阶段特征和主要问题进行分析总结;其次,结合深莞惠高速公路需求变化趋势和国际大都市圈高速公路规划调研经验,论证高速公路串联深圳核心区与外围区的必要性;再次,对采用既有通道收费与新建高速通道不同模式的优缺点进行比选,建议深圳核心区新建高速通道;最后,从协同规划和品质提升等方面提出相关保障措施建议。
This paper explores and reflects on the new round of expressway planning in the core area of Shenzhen under the background of Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou metropolitan area coordinated development.Firstly,the report analyzed characteristics and main problems of urban traffic development stage in Shenzhen core area.Moreover,the necessity of connecting Shenzhen core area and its periphery by expressways is demonstrated,which is based on the changing trend of demand for Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou expressways and the research experience of expressways planning in international metropolitan area.Furthermore,the comparison between the advantages and disadvantages of using the existing toll channel and the new high-speed channel is used to conclude that the core of Shenzhen need to build a new high-speed channel.Finally,the relevant safeguard measures are proposed from the aspects of collaborative planning and quality improvement.
