面向交通需求管理的模型评估技术研究

摘要 为全面、精细、精准量化评估分析交通需求管理政策实施对城市综合交通运行状态的影响,研究面向主动需求管理的交通模型评估技术。首先,系统性分析需求管理评估分析模型的研究现状,总结需求管理评估分析的重难点;其次,研究面向主动需求管理的交通模型构建方法与技术细节,构建层次化、综合性的评估指标体系;最后,以深圳市道路交通拥堵收费为例,利用EMME/2构建交通需求管理模型,多层次、多维度量化评估分析需求管理政策实施对于居民出行选择及出行服务质量的影响。 In order to comprehensively,finely and accurately evaluate and analyze the impact of travel demand management policy implementation on urban comprehensive transportation operation state,this paper studies the transportation model evaluation technology for travel demand management.Firstly,based on the systematic analysis of overseas and domestic research status on travel demand management evaluation and analysis model,the important and difficult points of travel demand management evaluation and analysis are summarized.Secondly,This paper studies the construction method and technical details of transportation model for travel demand management,and constructs a hierarchical and comprehensive evaluation index system.Finally,taking Shenzhen road traffic congestion charging as an example,this paper constructs a transportation demand management model by using EMME/2,and quantitatively evaluates and analyzes the impact of demand management policy implementation on residents'travel choice and travel service quality.
