提前右转车道增设信号灯控制应用效果浅析

摘要 为了探究在提前右转车道增加信号控制灯是否能缓解高峰期间行人连续过街导致的右转机动车拥堵,选取Webster 延误模型和Vissim仿真模拟评估方法。以深圳市为例,首先,将现场调研的数据带入延误模型得出现状延误时长;其次,根据现状交叉口相位调整右转信控灯的周期时长,将设置好的右转信控灯周期带入第一种评估方法——Webster 延误模型得出结果;再次,将设置好的右转信控灯周期带入第二种评估方法——Vissim仿真模拟得出结果;最后,将两种评估方法的结果与现状进行对比,得出在提前右转车道增加信号控制灯,能够缓解高峰期间行人连续过街导致的右转机动车拥堵。 In order to explore whether adding signal control lights to the channelized right turn lanes can alleviate the right-turning motor vehicle congestion caused by pedestrians continuously crossing the street during the peak period,two evaluation methods were selected,the Webster delay model and the Vissim simulation.Take Shenzhen as an example,First,bring the field survey data into the delay model(Equation 1)to obtain the current delay time.Secondly,adjust the cycle time of the right-turn signal-controlled light according to the current intersection phase.Then,the set right-turn signal control lamp cycle is brought into the first evaluation method——Webster delay model to get the results.Furthermore,the set cycle of the right-turn signal control lamp is substituted into the second evaluation method——Vissim simulation to get the results.Finally,by comparing the results of the two evaluation methods with the current situation,it is concluded that adding signal control lights in the channelized right turn lanes can alleviate the traffic congestion of right-turn vehicles caused by continuous pedestrian crossing during peak hours.
