惠阳区公共交通发展策略研究

Development Strategy of Public Transportation in Huiyang District

伴随城市化、机动化进程的不断推进,我国许多中小城市紧步大城市后尘,开始面临道路交通拥堵的问题,公共交通的发展进入转型发展的关键时期。针对惠阳区近年来公交客流持续下降、企业运营困难、公交服务水平偏低等现实情况,较为全面地分析了当前公共交通发展面临的问题,从发展理念、行业改革、体系构建、设施建设、服务提升等方面提出了惠阳区公共交通发展的主要策略,为惠阳区以及类似中小城市的公交发展提供参考。

With the continuous advancement of urbanization and motorization process,many small and medium-sized cities in China follow the footsteps of big cities and begin to face the problem of road traffic congestion,and the development of public transportation has entered a critical period of transformation and development.In view of the continuous decline of bus passenger flow,the difficulty of enterprise operation and the low level of bus service in Huiyang District,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems faced by the current public transportation development,and puts forward the main strategies for the development of public transportation in Huiyang District from five aspects:development concept,industry reform,system construction,facility construction and service improvement.It provides reference for the development of public transportation in Huiyang District and similar small and medium-sized cities.
