高密度城市开发地区慢行系统发展策略研究

Development Strategy of Slow Traffic System in High-density Urban Development Area

为应对高密度城市开发地区慢行出行问题,建设高品质的慢行系统,营造优质的慢行交通环境,提升居民慢行出行体验,打造慢行友好城市,研究提出高密度城市开发地区慢行系统发展策略。首先,从3个层次对高密度城市慢行系统存在问题进行全面分析,总结宏观层面的规划理念问题、中观层面的网络规划问题以及微观层面的慢行设施、空间和品质问题;其次,对国内外先进的高密度城市慢行系统发展案例进行分析和总结;最后,基于国内外慢行发展经验并以问题为导向,提出高密度城市开发地区慢行系统发展对策,宏观树立以人为本的规划理念、中观规划骨干慢行网络、微观构建特色的街道设计导则,以期为高密度城市开发地区慢行系统发展提供参考。

In order to cope with the slow travel problem in high-density urban development areas,build a high-quality slow traffic system,create a high-quality slow traffic environment,improve the slow travel experience of residents,and create a slow travel friendly city,the development strategy of slow traffic system in high-density urban development area is proposed.First of all,a comprehensive analysis of the problems of the slow traffic system in high-density cities from three levels,mainly summarizing the macro-level planning concepts issues,the meso-level network planning issues,and the micro-level slow-moving facilities,space and quality issues.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the development cases of advanced high-density urban slow traffic systems at home and abroad.Finally,based on domestic and foreign slow traffic development experience and problem-oriented,the development countermeasures of slow traffic system in high-density urban development areas are proposed,establish a people-oriented planning concept at a macro level,a backbone slow-travel network in mid-level planning,and a micro-level construction of characteristic street design guidelines,it is expected to provide a reference for the development of slow traffic systems in high-density urban development areas.
