“城中村”交通拥堵和隐患治理提升对策研究——以深圳布吉长龙片区为例

Countermeasures for the Treatment and Promotion of Traffic Congestion and Hidden Dangers in"Villages within City"--Taking Buji Changlong Area of Shenzhen City as an Example

"城中村"是快速城镇化发展阶段有机组成部分,普遍具有人口集聚、基础设施配套薄弱等特点,由此引发的供需矛盾不断凸显,尤其是交通拥堵和安全方面尤为突出,对城市管理和社会治理工作带来极大挑战,如何改善城中村内的交通拥堵问题,不断提升城中村内的交通安全环境,保障居民的生活生产安全,成为城市管理工作中面临的一项难题。并提出城中村交通拥堵治理和提升交通安全的方案和解决对策,以期对城中村类型交通治理的规划设计起到指导作用,提高城中村的道路交通的安全水平。

"The village within city"is an important part of the rapid urbanization development stage.It is generally characterized by population gathering and weak infrastructure facilities.The contradiction between supply and demand caused by this has become increasingly prominent,especially in traffic jams and safety.At the same time,it brings great challenges to urban management and social governance.How to improve the traffic congestion problem in the village within city,continuously improve the traffic safety environment of the village within city and ensure the safety of residents'lives and production has become a difficult problem in urban management.This article puts forward plans and solutions for traffic congestion management and improvement of traffic safety in the village within city,hoping to guide the planning and design of the village within city traffic management,and improve the safety level of road traffic in the village within cities.
