当前我国全面推进国土空间规划体系完善工作,以武汉2049远景发展战略为基础,武汉市慢行系统发展在高质量发展探索中占有重要地位。基于武汉市慢行交通现状评估,分析城市发展中主要交通问题及慢行挑战,提出针对城市特点的慢行系统发展策略。同时,从组织、资金、管理等实施保障机制政策制度方面,绿化景观、无障碍设计等重要配套设施实施细节方面,全面保障慢行交通系统发展策略的落地,践行绿色发展理念,助力慢行品质提升,为将武汉市建设为"绿色出行楷模"做出重要贡献。

At present,China is comprehensively promoting the improvement of the National Land Use and Spatial Planning system.Based on the Wuhan 2049 vision development strategy,the development of Wuhan Non-Motorized Traffic system occupies an important position in the exploration of high-quality development.Based on the evaluation of the current situation of Non-Motorized Traffic in Wuhan,this paper analyzes the main traffic problems and challenges of Non-Motorized Traffic system in urban development,and puts forward the development strategy of Non-Motorized Traffic system according to the characteristics of the city.The safeguard mechanism is about organization,fund and management.At the same time,the important supporting facilities details are greening landscape and barrier-free design.They can guarantee of Non-Motorized Traffic system development strategy of being born,practice green development concept,help Non-Motorized Traffic quality promotion.It will make an important contribution to the construction of Wuhan City as a"green travel model".
