摘要
借鉴断级配薄层沥青混合料设计理念与方法,设计了一种新型低噪声沥青混合料(LNAC-10),并通过室内试验进行了路用性能验证。依托城市快速路高架桥面铺装工程,进行了试验段实施。室内试验及试验段实施效果表明:该新型低噪音薄层沥青混合料(LNAC-10)各项路用性能指标均符合相关技术要求,具有良好的高温稳定性能和抗水损害性能,施工和易性好,降噪效果明显,行车舒适性高。该混合料的设计及应用为降噪路面提供了一种新的技术选择,丰富了沥青路面铺筑结构类型。
In this paper,a new type of low noise asphalt mixture(LNAC-10)is designed based on the design concept and method of broken graded thin-layer asphalt mixture,and the indoor road performance verification test is carried out.After that,tests are carried out on the test section of an urban expressway elevated bridge deck pavement project.The indoor test and the implementation effect of the test section show that:the new low-noise thin-layer asphalt mixture(LNAC-10)meets the relevant technical requirements,with good high-temperature stability and water damage resistance,good construction convenience,obvious noise reduction effect and high driving comfort.The design and application of the mixture provides a new technical choice for noise reduction pavement and enriches the pavement structure types of asphalt pavement.
