一种自浮式防撞装置的防船撞性能分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the Vessel Impact Performance of a Self-floating Anti-collision Device

摘要 通过数值模拟研究了松浦大桥上采用的自浮式防撞装置的防船撞性能,建立了1 000t轮船及自浮式防撞装置的精细化有限元模型,研究了自浮式防撞装置材料强度、滚滑组件个数、耗能钢筒屈服强度对自浮式防撞装置防船撞性能的影响。结果表明,自浮式防撞装置能延长撞击时间,显著削减撞击力峰值,同时,采用强度相对较低的材料、增加滚滑组件个数有利于进一步降低撞击力峰值,对于耗能筒屈服强度,存在一个最优值使得撞击力峰值最低。 The performance of the self-floating anti-collision device for Songpu Bridge is studied by means of numerical analysis.The finite element model is built for the 1000 tons vessel and the self-floating anti-collision device,the influences of the material strength,the number of roller components and the yield strength of the energy absorptionbox are investigated on the performance of the self-floating anti-collision device.The results show that the self-floating anti-collision device can extend the impact time and significantly reduce the peak impact force.At the same time,using relatively low-strength materials and increasing the number of rolling and sliding components are beneficial to further reduce the peak impact force,and for the yield strength of the energy dissipation tube,there is an optimal value that makes the peak impact force the lowest.
