摘要
针对桥梁路段坠落风险高与城市桥梁防护的美观要求,考虑现金属梁柱式护栏优缺点,基于规范中SS级护栏设计要求,提出了一种"类子弹型"横梁截面的新型梁柱式护栏设计方案,并通过碰撞仿真实验验证了横梁材料为Q450或Q345钢的护栏设计方案均满足安全要求,采用Q450钢横梁方案的梁柱式护栏可实现建设成本和护栏自重的降低,以桥梁每km为单位估算,该方案可节约钢材27.73t并降低59 991元建设成本。
In view of the high risk of falling out of bridge and the aesthetic requirements of urban bridge barriers,considering the advantages and disadvantages of beam-column steel guardrail,based on the design requirements of SS-level barriers in the specification,a new beam-column steel guardrail with a"bullet-like"beam section is proposed.Through the collision simulation experiment,it is verified that the design scheme of the barriers with Q450 or Q345 steel beam meets the safety requirements.The barrier adopting the Q450 steel beam scheme can reduce the construction cost and the barrier’s selfweight.Estimated in units of bridge per kilometer,this scheme can save 27.73 tons of steel and reduce the construction cost of 59991 yuan.
