摘要
道路瓶颈是大多数交通拥堵产生的直接原因,也是分析道路通行能力的主要部分。为了研究道路瓶颈对其通行能力的影响,通过实地调查,发现了瓶颈路段普遍存在减速或停车让行现象。基于上述现象,通过车辆在瓶颈段的会车饱和情况判断道路最大容量,并基于VISSIM仿真验证,证实了参数会车率的稳定性与可靠性。最后,对比分析有、无瓶颈段的会车率,发现会车率与交通量之间存在单调正相关性,因此可以用会车率推导通行能力。该方法对于存在瓶颈段公路的运营管理和设计具有实际意义。
The road bottleneck is not only the direct reason for most traffic jams but also the main component for analyzing the road capacity.To study the influence of road bottleneck on its traffic capacity,after site investigation,it is found that the slowing down or giving ways is quite common at the bottleneck sections.Based on the phenomenon mentioned above,the maximum capacity of the road is judged based on the saturation conditions of vehicles that meet at the bottleneck section,and the stability and reliability of the parameter are checked through the VISSIM simulation verification.Finally,compared with the meeting rate at the road sections with and without bottleneck,it is found out that there is a monotonic positive correlation between the meeting rate and the traffic volume,so the meeting rate can be used to deduce the traffic capacity.This method is of practical significance for the operation management and design of highways with bottleneck sections.
