内蒙古自治区公路网与区域发展的时空耦合关系研究

Spatial-temporal Coupling Relationship of Road Network and Regional Development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

公路作为重要的交通运输方式,对区域发展具有引导、支撑和保障能力。为研究内蒙古自治区公路建设与区域发展的关系,通过建立公路网与区域经济耦合模型,对2002年、2007年、2012年和2017年内蒙古的公路网与区域经济的时空耦合关系进行研究,并利用GIS分析其相互作用的时空规律。结果表明:全区各盟市的耦合协调度与区域发展水平在空间上存在对应性,包头、呼和浩特、鄂尔多斯一直处于较好的协调状态,阿拉善、兴安盟协调类型始终最差,其余大部分地区为勉强耦合或低度耦合状态,公路网与区域经济的耦合关系较强。内蒙古自治区应加大对公路网的建设投入,特别是连通全区内部各个城市的干线公路,提升各盟市之间的空间联系度来实现"一带一路"倡议下的国防安全和内蒙古自治区的经济社会发展。

As an important means of transportation,road plays important role for regional development in terms of guiding,supporting and safeguarding capacity.In order to study the relationship between road construction and regional development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the data in 2002,2007,2012 and 2017 are studied by establishing the coupling model,and the space-time law of interaction is analyzed by using GIS.The results show that there is a great spatial correspondence between the regional distribution of the coupling coordination degree and the level of regional development.Baotou,Hohhot and Ordos have been in a good coordination state,while Alashan and Xingan League have always been the worst coordination type,while most other regions are in a barely or low coupling state.The coupling relationship between road network and regional economy is strong.The road investment should be increased in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,especially the trunk roads connecting the main cities,and enhance the degree of spatial linkage between the cities to achieve the economic development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the"Belt and Road"Initiative.
