摘要
根据《公路工程施工安全技术规范》(JTG F90-2015)相关规定,Ⅳ级围岩隧道施工的安全步距不得超过50m,这限制了自行式液压栈桥及三臂凿岩台车联合使用。针对龙昌隧道在Ⅳ级围岩公路隧道采用大型机械化施工需要,考虑机械操作性和施工安全性,对安全步距进行了动态优化。结果表明:龙昌隧道地质条件下,采用SN锚杆符合隧道施工初期支护要求,安全步距为80m时安全储备满足机械施工要求。同时结合BIM项目管理系统,对隧道施工过程进行全方监控、整合与模拟,有效降低了隧道施工风险。
According to the technical specification for highway construction safety(JTG F90-2015),the safe step distance of grade Ⅳ surrounding rock shall not exceed 50 m,which limits the joint use of selfpropelled hydraulic trestle and three-armed rock drilling jumbo.In view of the need for large-scale mechanized construction of Longchang Tunnel in Grade Ⅳ surrounding rock highway tunnel,considering the mechanical operability and construction safety,the safety step distance is dynamically optimized.The results show that under the geological conditions of the Longchang Tunnel,the use of SN bolts meets the initial support requirements of the tunnel construction,and when the safety step is 80 m,there are enough safety reserve to meet the mechanical construction requirements.At the same time,combined with the BIM project management system,the tunnel construction process is fully monitored,integrated and simulated,which effectively reduces the tunnel construction risk.
