摘要
目的了解杭州市医疗机构治疗用水卫生质量现状,分析存在的问题,降低本地区医疗机构治疗用水的细菌菌落总数。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对杭州市63家医疗机构的治疗用水细菌菌落总数进行调查与分析。结果 63家医疗机构治疗用水的细菌菌落总数监测总体合格率为77.55%。漱口水、手机水、终末漂洗水、反渗水和透析液的合格率有统计学差异(P<0.001),反渗水和透析液的合格率较高,终末漂洗水和手机水合格率较低。不同级别医疗机构治疗用水细菌菌落总数监测合格率有统计学差异(P=0.002),三级医疗机构合格率高于民营医疗机构。综合性医疗机构的手机水合格率高于专科医疗机构(P=0.009)。结论杭州市医疗机构治疗用水细菌菌落总数的总体合格率较高,需加强内镜终末漂洗水和口腔手机水的质量。
Objective To understand the status of hygienic quality of treatment water in Hangzhou medical institutions, analyze the existing problems, and reduce total bacterial colony count of treatment water in medical institutions in the region. Methods Spot sampling and lab monitoring methods were used to monitor and analyze total bacterial colony count of treatmentwater in 63 medical institutions in Hangzhou city. Results The overall qualified rate of total bacterial colony countmonitoring of treatment water in 63 medical institutions was 77.55 %, and there was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.001) among mouthwash, mobile phone water, terminal rinse water, reverse osmosis and dialysate. The qualified rate of reverse osmosis and dialysate were high, while the qualified rate of mobile phone water and terminal rinse water were low. There was a statistical difference in the total bacterial colony count of treatment water in medical institutions of different levels(P = 0.002), and the qualified rate of tertiary medical institutions was higher than that of private medical institutions.The qualified rate of mobile phone water in comprehensive medical institutions was higher than that of specialized medical institutions(P=0.009). Conclusion The overall qualified rate of total bacterial colony count of treatment water in Hangzhou medical institutions is generally high, and it is necessary to strengthen the quality of endoscope rinse water and oral mobile phone water.
