杏花鸡与白洛克鸡杂交F_(2)代的生长曲线拟合及体尺与屠宰性能的相关和回归分析

Growth Curve Fitting of F_(2) Generation Hybrid Derived from Xinghua Chicken and White Plymouth Rock Chicken and Association,Regression Analysis between Body Size Traits and Slaughter Performances

为研究由优质鸡和快大型鸡杂交而来的“半优鸡”的生长发育规律,构建反映体尺性状对屠宰性能的回归方程,试验对600只由母系杏花鸡与父系白洛克鸡繁育出的F_(2)代半同胞种质资源群的初生重、1~12周龄体重、10周龄体尺性状、90日龄屠宰性状进行检测。结果显示:Gompertz模型为0~12周龄F_(2)代半同胞群体生长发育的最佳模型;F_(2)代群体胫直径、胸宽、胫长、2周龄体重、体斜长等性状与屠宰性能之间存在显著相关(P<0.05)。研究提示:Gompertz模型对F_(2)代杂交鸡进行生长曲线的拟合和分析可行;利用10周龄胫直径、体斜长及2周龄体重等可加强选育屠宰性能优异的种鸡,为肉鸡的高效育种提供理论依据。

This study was aimed to investigate the growth development of"half-quality chicken"derived from Xinghua chicken and white Plymouth Rock chicken,and build the aggression equations reflecting the body size traits and slaughter performances.The birth weight,body weight from 1 to 12 weeks of age,body size at 10 weeks of age and slaughter traits at the age of 90 days of 600 F_(2) generation half-sibling population were detected.The results showed that the Gompertz model was the best model for the growth development of the population from 0 to 12 weeks of age.The tibia diameter,chest width,tibia length,2-week-age body weight and body oblique length were significantly associated with slaughter performances(P<0.05).The results indicated that Gompertz model was feasible to fit and analyze the growth curve of F_(2) generation hybrid chickens,and could utilize the tibia diameter at 10 weeks of age,body oblique length,2-week-age body weight strengthen the selection and breeding of breeders with superior slaughter performance.This study could provide a theoretical basis for the efficient breeding of broilers.
