摘要
通过非溶剂诱导相分离技术制备聚乳酸/氧化石墨烯复合膜(PLA/GO),探究GO的含量对PLA膜孔隙率、亲水性和生物相容性的影响。通过SEM分析和XRD测试,证实GO成功加入PLA基体。相比于PLA膜,当GO掺杂含量为0.25%时,复合膜的拉伸强度为34 MPa;膜水接触角达到最小值为68.5°,水通量达到最大值为340.5 L/(m^(2)·h),APTT值为88 s,PT值约为23.5 s,表明复合膜具有较好的抗凝血性能。
A polylactic acid/graphene oxide composite membrane(PLA/GO) was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation technology. The effects of GO content on the porosity, hydrophilicity and biocompatibility of PLA membrane were explored. Through SEM analysis and XRD test, it was confirmed that GO was successfully added into PLA matrix Compared with PLA membrane, when the GO doping content is 0.25%, the tensile strength of the composite membrane is34 MPa, the membrane water contact angle reaches the minimum value of 68.5°, and the water flux reaches the maximum value of 340.5 L/(m^(2)·h). APTT value is 88 s and PT value is about 23.5 s. The composite membrane has good anticoagulant performance.
