二甲基亚砜对聚乙烯醇/聚己内酯复合共混物性能影响 被引量:3

Effect of DMSO on the Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol/Polycaprolactone Composite Blend

摘要 通过熔融挤出、吹塑的加工方法制备聚乙烯醇/聚己内酯(PVA/PCL)复合材料,探究二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为增塑剂对PVA/PCL加工性能的影响。通过熔体流动性测试、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析、流变性能分析、力学性能测试等对复合材料进行性能评估。结果表明:DMSO能够改善PVA/PCL复合材料的性能,DMSO加入量为10%时,复合材料表现出较好的材料可加工性,复合材料熔体流动速率可达2.2 g/10min,热稳定性较好,PVA热分解温度提高至301.6℃,结晶度降低至4.5%,韧性提高,最大断裂伸长率可达876.8%。 PVA/PCL composites were prepared by melt extrusion and blow molding, and the effects of DMSO as plasticizer on the processing properties of PVA/PCL were investigated. The properties of the composites were evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, rheological properties and mechanical properties. The results show that DMSO can improve the properties of PVA/PCL composites. When 10% DMSO is added, the composites show good processability. The melt flow rate of the composites reaches 2.2 g/10 min, and the thermal stability is good. The thermal decomposition temperature of PVA is increased to 301.6 ℃, the crystallinity is decreased to 4.5%, the toughness is increased, and the maximum elongation at break is 876.8%.
