信息技术影响社会的观察与思考

摘要 21世纪是一个信息技术发生巨大变革并产生巨大社会影响的新世纪,信息技术已经融入社会生活,尤其其在经济与劳动力市场、教育、医疗领域的影响,实际上已经覆盖了我们及后代的生活的各个方面,因此无论是从国家还是从个体的层面,都应对信息社会的变革予以关注和思考.
