摘要
随着气候变化的日益严峻,碳排放已成为当前我国发展的关键问题。装配式建筑由于其生产、加工、建造、安装等方面的诸多优势,将是建筑领域面对碳中和任务的关键节点。本文首先回顾了我国装配式建筑设计在设计研究、政策配套、示范建筑等领域取得的进展,随后通过国际、国内相关案例及数据分析,尝试归纳碳中和背景下装配式建筑设计在协同设计路径的探索与创新、长周期可持续性能设计策略、蕴能量及低碳装配体系建构3个关键要素,为我国今后装配式建筑设计发展提供指引。
Within the era of climate change,carbon emission has become a key issue for China's development.Owing to its advantages in production,processing,construction and installation,prefabrication will be a key technique for the carbon neutralisation target in the construction field.This paper first reviews the progress made by China in the fields of architectural design,policy support,and demonstration projects of prefabricated buildings.Also,through relevant international and domestic cases and data analysis,it tries to summarise the role of prefabricated building design in the collaborative path under the background of carbon neutralisation.The three key elements are discussed,including methods of collaboration and innovation,longterm sustainable performance design strategy,embodied energy and low-carbon assembly,providing guidance for the future development of prefabricated building design in China.
