摘要
学徒制发展中师生关系经历了伦理关系维系、萌芽契约维系、法律行会维系和职业教育维系的演变。而在现代学徒制之中,师生关系发生了一些异变,主要表现为功利趋向下的利益纠葛、流动加速下的情感弱化、权责不清下的边界模糊和资源不均下的走向不明等,而要化解这些问题,重塑和谐的师生关系,必须要树立以人为本的理念、建立师徒交流的规章制度、增强徒弟的职业认同和重建传统的师生伦理。
In the development of apprenticeship,the teacher-student relationship has undergone the evolution of ethical relationship maintenance,budding contract maintenance,legal guild maintenance and vocational education maintenance.In the modern apprenticeship,some changes have taken place in the teacher-student relationship,which is mainly manifested in the downward utilitarian interest entanglement,the weakening of emotions under the acceleration of the flow,the blurring of the boundaries under the unclear authorities and responsibilities,and the unclear trend under the uneven resources.To resolve these problems and remodel a harmonious teacher-student relationship,there is a must to establish a people-oriented concept,establish rules and regulations for teacher-apprentice exchanges,enhance apprentices’professional identity,and remodel traditional teacher-student ethics.
