非英语专业大学生英语四、六级考试心理焦虑分析 被引量:2

摘要 以问卷和访谈方式对不同年级213名非英语专业大学生进行英语四、六级考试焦虑调查。结果表明,绝大部分学生存在不同程度的心理焦虑;在焦虑水平上,男生低于女生,理工类学生高于文史经管类学生,大一学生焦虑水平最高,大二和大三学生焦虑水平呈下降趋势,大四学生又回到高焦虑状态。就考试焦虑来源而言,担心应试准备不足、担心未来的前途、担心自我意象受到威胁、担心他人对自己的评价四个方面所占比例依次递减。在此基础上,进一步研究探讨了非英语专业大学生英语四、六级考试心理焦虑的成因及缓解策略。 213 non-English major college students in different grades were investigated on the anxiety in CET-4 and CET-6 of by means of questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the vast majority of students exist different levels of psychological anxiety.In terms of the level of anxiety,male students are lower than female students,and science and engineering students are higher than those of literature,history,economics and management.Freshman students are of the highest level of anxiety,and sophomores and juniors are of descending trend of anxiety.Seniors return to the level of high anxiety.As far as the source of exam anxiety is concerned,the proportions,worrying about insufficient exam preparation,worrying about future prospects,worrying about threats to self-image,and worrying about others’evaluation of oneself,are gradually descending.On this basis,further research explores the causes and mitigation strategies of the psychological anxiety of non-English major college students in CET-4 and CET-6.
