益气逐瘀汤对PCI术后康复病人生活质量、血清炎性因子及心力衰竭标志物的影响

Effect of Yiqi Zhuyu Decoction on the Quality of Life and the Levels of Serum Inflammatory Factors and the Markers of Heart Failure in Rehabilitation Patients after PCI

目的观察益气逐瘀汤对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后康复病人生活质量、血清炎性因子及心力衰竭标志物的影响。方法选取于我院就诊的92例PCI术后康复病人,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予西医规范基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气逐瘀汤治疗。治疗8周后,观察两组治疗前后心功能指标[6 min步行试验距离(6MWD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、生活质量[西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)评分]、血清炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]及半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)的改善情况。结果治疗后,两组6MWT、LVEF、SAQ评分及CQQC评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血清Gal-3水平治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后血清Gal-3水平较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。结论西医规范基础治疗联合益气逐瘀汤能够抑制PCI术后康复病人血清炎性因子水平,改善心功能损伤,提高病人生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Zhuyu decoction on the quality of life,the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and the markers of heart failure in rehabilitation patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Ninety-two rehabilitation patients after PCI were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with western medicine,while the patients in observation group were additionally treated with Yiqi Zhuyu decoction.After 8 weeks of treatment,the cardiac function[6-minute walking distance(6MWD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],quality of life[Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardio-vascular Disease(CQQC)],serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),hs-CRP],and galectin-3(Gal-3)of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the 6MWD,LVEF,and the scores of SAQ and CQQC in the two groups increased,which in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6,hs-CRP,and TNF-αof the two groups decreased,which in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum Gal-3 level in control group after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05),the level of serum Gal-3 after treatment in observation group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Zhuyu decoction can inhibit the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve cardiac function and the quality of life in the treatment of rehabilitation patients after PCI.
