基于改性处理的纱线靛蓝染色节水工艺研究

Study on Water-saving Indigo Dyeing Process of Modified Yarns

针对当前牛仔布靛蓝染色过程中存在浮色重、水洗耗水量大、染化料多、废水处理成本高等问题,文章通过化学处理的方法对染色工艺进行改进,探讨了不同改性方法对染色工艺靛蓝利用率的影响,并与常规染色工艺进行对比。研究结果表明,染色前改性处理与染色后改性处理同时进行可以显著提高染色工艺的靛蓝利用率,并减少染色过程中染化料与水的使用量,同时减轻后续废水处理的负担,对当前牛仔布靛蓝染色生产实践具有极大的借鉴意义。

For the problems that existed in indigo dyeing of denim,i.e.,serious loose color,high water consumption in the washing process,too many use of dyestuff and chemicals,high cost of wastewater treatment,the paper optimizes the dyeing process by chemical treatment,discusses the effects of different modification methods on the utilization rate of indigo dyestuff,and compares with the conventional dyeing process.The results showed that the modification of yarns in dyeing pre-treatment and post-treatment can significantly improve the dyestuff utilization rate,reduce the use of dyestuff and chemicals and water consumption in the dyeing process,and reduce the pressure of subsequent wastewater treatment,which is of great reference significance to the current production practice in indigo dyeing of denim.
