刘华为教授自拟调中化湿汤治疗气虚湿阻型胃癌的经验总结

Summary of the experience of Tiaozhong Huashi decoction self-designed by professor Liu Huawei in the treatment of gastric cancer of Qi deficiency and dampness resistance type

胃癌为我国首发消化道恶性肿瘤,目前尚未开发出用于根治的特定药物。大多数患者经临床治疗的目标是缓解不适症状、延长生存时间。刘教授根据多年来的经验总结出该病最基本的中医病因病机是阳气不足、湿邪内阻,病性多属虚实夹杂,可涉及肝、胆、脾等多个部位,治疗基本原则为益气升阳、健脾化湿。刘教授结合多年的临床实际经验自拟出调中化湿汤,此方在治疗胃癌患者中取得了显著的临床效果。

Gastric cancer is the first gastrointestinal malignant tumor in China.Currently,no specific drug has been developed for radical cure.The goal of clinical treatment for most patients is to relieve the symptoms of discomfort and prolong survival time.According to many years of experience,professor Liu summarized that the most basic etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in Chinese medicine are deficiency of Yang Qi,internal resistance of dampness,and the nature of the disease is mostly a mixture of deficiency and excess,which can involve multiple parts such as liver,gallbladder,spleen and so on.The basic principle of treatment are enhancing Qi and raising Yang,strengthening spleen and reducing dampness.Combined with many years of practical clinical experience,professor Liu self-designed Tiaozhong Huashi decoction,which has achieved significant clinical effect in treating gastric cancer patients.
