Summarization of Yan Xiaoping's experience in treating nephrotic syndrome from spleen and stomach

肾病综合征系多种病理损害所致的一组临床综合征,主要表现为大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、水肿及/或高脂血症。水肿发生关键在于体内水液代谢失常,虽病位主要在肾,但阎老师认为脾在肾病综合征的发病及治疗中有着重要的作用,脾胃功能失调是该病的关键病机之一,进而提出“脾胃为滋养元气之本,固本培元,调脾治肾”,主张从脾胃着手,采用“调理后天之脾胃以滋补先天之肾”,从而达到脾肾同治。

Nephrotic syndrome is a group of clinical syndromes caused by various pathological damages,mainly manifested as massive proteinuria,hypoproteinemia,edema and/or hyperlipidemia.The key of edema is the disorder of body fluid metabolism.Although the disease is mainly located in the kidney,Ms.Yan thinks that the spleen plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of nephrotic syndrome,and the dysfunction of spleen and stomach is one of the key pathogenesis of the disease.She further proposes that"the spleen and stomach is the foundation of nourishing the vital energy,consolidating vital base,regulating the spleen and treating the kidney",and advocates"conditioning the acquired spleen and stomach to nourish the congenital kidney"starting from the spleen and stomach,so as to achieve the same treatment of spleen and kidney.
