摘要
目的了解西安地区某三甲医院221名健康体检人群肠道病毒71型(EV71)隐性感染情况,为EV71感染预防提供依据。方法以2018年3月至6月于西安交通大学第二附属医院进行体检的健康人群为研究对象,共7个年龄组221名,其中0~5岁37人,6~10岁26人,11~20岁38人,21~30岁30人,31~40岁30人,41~50岁30人,51~60岁30人。采用酶联免疫分析(ELISA)方法检测外周血EV71-IgM。结果221名健康体检者EV71-IgM隐性感染率8.14%(18/221),其中男性EV71-IgM隐性感染率为8.15%(11/135),与女性的8.14%(7/86)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P=0.998);各年龄段隐性感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.641,P=0.095)。0~5岁隐性感染率为8.11%(3/37),11~20岁隐性感染率最高,为21.05%(8/38),21~50岁隐性感染率稳定在6.67%(2/30)。结论221名健康体检人群存在中等水平的EV71隐性感染,这可能成为EV71流行的重要传染源,建议针对3岁以下易感人群按时接种EV71灭活疫苗,更好地预防EV71流行。
Objective To investigate the Enterovirus 71(EV71)inapparent infection status of 221 healthy examination people in a third-class A hospital in Xi’an,and to provide evidence for the prevention of EV71 infection.Methods A total of 221 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the second affiliated hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong university from March to June 2018 were selected as the research objects,including 37 people aged 0-5 years old,26 people aged6-10 years old,38 people aged 11-20 years old,30 people aged 21-30 years old,30 people aged 31-40 years old,30 people aged 41-50 years old and 30 people aged 51-60 years old.EV71-IgM of peripheral blood was detected by enzymelinked immunoassay(ELISA).Results The positive rate of EV71-IgM was 8.14%(18/221)in 221 healthy examination subjects.The positive rate of EV71-IgM in male was 8.15%(11/135),which was not significantly different from 8.14%(7/86)in female(χ^(2)=0.000,P=0.998);there was no significant difference in inapparent infection rate among different age groups(χ^(2)=9.641,P=0.095).The inapparent infection rate of 0-5 years old was 8.11%(3/37),the inapparent infection rate of11-20 years old was the highest,which was 21.05%(8/38),the inapparent infection rate was stable at 6.67%(2/30)between21 and 50 years old.Conclusion Two hundred and twenty-one healthy examination people have intermediate level of EV71 inapparent infection,which may be an important infection source of EV71 epidemic.It is suggested that people under 3 years old should be vaccinated with EV71 inactivated vaccine on time to better prevent EV71 epidemic.
